Are you unsure of the best strategy for promoting your business online? Joe specializes in helping business owners find their way in this ever-changing digital landscape. Not only is he our fearless leader, but he also serves as our main salesperson, chief web designer and head PPC management strategist.
Joe found his passion for digital marketing at Northern Illinois University, where he majored in Marketing Specialization and Professional Selling. His desire to help small business owners stems from watching his father work hard to run his small business. Joe also enjoys supporting his community by serving with many nonprofits and government organizations.
Nikki Cornelius

When you meet Nikki, you’ll understand what we mean when we say we provide exceptional customer service. Since the company began in 2014, Nikki has worked tirelessly to ensure our clients are always beyond satisfied. She maintains excellent communication with small business owners and manages all projects impeccably. She also has a knack for crafting the perfect email marketing campaign.
Nikki graduated summa cum laude from Concordia University and obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Dominican University. She lives in Holiday Hills, IL, with her pets Thunder, Capone and Pretty Girl. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in networking groups and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Pernille Ellis

Pernille is originally from Oslo, Norway, and she grew up traveling around the world. She first came to the U.S. as an exchange student in 2014 and graduated cum laude from Texas State University in 2019 with a B.S. degree in Public Relations and Mass Communication. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking in the warm Texas weather with her two huskies and spending time with her friends, family, daughter Peyton and husband Cameron.
Chelsea Hammond

For as long as Chelsea can remember, her greatest passion has been writing—and since her late teens, marketing has held an equal place in her heart. Today, Chelsea feels incredibly thankful that she gets to invest her lifelong passion for these topics into developing outstanding content for our clients. Chelsea graduated from Arizona State University with an A.A. degree in English and a media analysis minor. She’s received multiple marketing certifications and, even with 14+ years of experience, is always looking to expand her professional repertoire. When she isn’t writing, Chelsea volunteers, travels and plays video games with her family. Originally from Florida, Chelsea lives in New Jersey with her partner Rob, two children and four cats.

Karla is a proud graduate of UT Austin’s Moody College of Communication. Outside work, Karla cherishes moments spent with her husband, Frank, and their two daughters, Amelia and Alexandra, in their Houston, Texas, home. In her free time, Karla enjoys immersing herself in a good book, listening to her favorite music (with a heavy rotation of all 10 of Taylor Swift’s albums), baking, or expressing her creativity through home decor projects!
Diana Cornelius
Reputation Manager
Does your company receive a lot of online reviews? Many of our clients do and rely on Diana to respond to each review in a timely, on-brand and professional manner. Diana is outstandingly good at this and loves her role as Reputation Manager. After 27 years of working as an administrative assistant (which she also loved), Diana is happy to have just enough to do and enjoy retirement at the same time.
To fill her time these days, she enjoys water aerobics, yoga, watering her flowers and relaxing on her yard furniture with a good book. She has two dogs, Shanti and Lucy, and likes taking them for long walks on spring and summer days. However, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her daughter Nikki as they talk and laugh with each other almost every day.
