The Challenge

The chiropractors and massage therapists at Algonquin Chiropractic perform an invaluable service for their community. Since 1997, they’ve provided a drug-free approach to pain relief. And it’s been our pleasure to help them amplify their restorative message.

One of the ways we’ve helped them grow their business is through reputation management. Prior to working with us, Algonquin Chiropractic didn’t receive many reviews from its patients. We saw this as a major missed opportunity, as the chiropractor had many satisfied customers.

The Execution

We took a multifaceted approach to garnering more testimonials for Algonquin Chiropractic. First, we designed postcards and emails featuring instructions for how to leave a review, which they could send to their patients. We also coached the chiropractic staff on how to best acquire reviews from their patients.

One of the methods we coached them on was how to film video testimonials. And so, they began recording willing patients telling the story of their time at Algonquin Chiropractic. With the popularity of video at an all time high on the Internet, those became valuable pieces of content for the business.

The Solution

Since they began working with us, Algonquin Chiropractic has received 95 new customer reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. We have monitored these reviews and responded to each one for them. As a result, patient satisfaction is in a very good place.

We have also published 10 testimonial videos and have more on the way. We’ve posted them on the company’s YouTube, Facebook, and Google channels. They now serve as some of their strongest advertising.
