Reflections on Our Fifth Anniversary!

We’ve Grown a lot in the Past Five Years, but We Still Have More to Do!

On Monday, May 6, 2019, Frontier Marketing turned five years old. It’s hard to believe it’s been five years already, but it’s certainly a milestone worth celebrating!

And while we did celebrate our first five years as a company, we didn’t go overboard. After all, we know there are still goals our company hasn’t met yet. True to our name, we still have new frontiers we want to explore.

Therefore, in this celebratory blog, we thought we’d take a moment to look back at where we’ve come from and cast a vision for where we’re going. Our team is hungry for that next big opportunity. We know we’ve tackled challenges before, and we’ll tackle them again.

So, without further ado, here are our reflections!

Our Custom-Tailored Services Continue to Expand

When Joe Bongiovanni started Frontier Marketing back in 2014, he did so with an emphasis on two main services: local SEO and social media. Wisely, he focused on perfecting these two services for a few local customers before he ever thought of expanding.

However, as word got out about the great work he and Nikki Cornelius were doing in these areas, demand started arising for other services. As a result, Joe and Nikki recruited a team of marketing specialists in various key areas. Soon they had a group of expert content writers, graphic designers, and reputation managers working with them. Together this team covered everything from web design to video marketing to branding and more!

If you want to see how diversified the services we offer have become, just look at the service pages on this website. Not only do we do all these services well, but we also perform them with our clients in mind. We custom tailor each of our services to meet our clients’ unique needs. It’s our way of giving small businesses the big business treatment they deserve.

Taking Our Services to the Next Frontier

We could settle for where we are with our services right now. After all, the list of services we provide is impressive and our clients love how we personalize them. However, we know there’s always more we could do.

Because of this, we are always looking for new areas to explore. And we’re excited to say we have some new potential services on the horizon. We can’t say much about them now; however, we will say we’re keeping our fingers on the pulse of how content is consumed. And as more people are flocking to video and audio media, that’s exactly where we want to be. So, stay tuned because the next frontier for our services is going to be amazing!

Our Commitment to Education is Our Lifeblood

Another one of our core tenants has always been education. At Frontier Marketing, we understand that the Internet is an ever-changing landscape. So, digital marketing needs to be just as dynamic and adaptive to thrive. Therefore, we make it a point every week to educate ourselves on the latest internet marketing trends.

In the past, this put us on the forefront of many important and exciting developments. For example, when Facebook changed its algorithm for business pages, we were able to adjust our strategy accordingly. And as the style best practices changed for web pages, we were right there making our pages a lot more user-friendly.

For us, staying on top of things is the name of the game. And no way is that going to change any time soon.

Taking Our Education to the Next Frontier

Naturally, as our services evolve, so too will the education we do for those services. We are excited to explore the latest news and attend webinars on topics we’re unfamiliar with. Of course, we’re also looking forward to sharing everything we learn with you through our tip of the week videos.

We’re all proud to work at a company that values the mantra of lifelong learning. Furthermore, we are thrilled with the amazing results it allows us to deliver to our clients every day.

Our Customer Support Will Never Waver

At Frontier Marketing, we save our clients valuable time while connecting them to their customers. In other words, our primary goal is to make life easier for small business owners. We do this by being an extension of their team, an open line of communication they can always rely on when they need help.

Ever since our founding, we have always provided this type of support. We do this through regular monthly meetings in which we update our clients on the status of all their projects. We are also in constant communication with them, promptly answering emails and phone calls and meeting in person when necessary. And we are always looking for projects we can take off their plates to ease their burden.

The reason we do this is that we know our clients personally. We understand the root of most of their problems has to do with a lack of time to get everything done. Therefore, we do anything we can do to alleviate that burden because we value customer support.

Taking Our Customer Support to the Next Frontier

We are always looking for ways we can improve how we help our clients. Whether this means moving a regular meeting date, customizing a service, or finding new ways to communicate, we’ll do it. After all, we believe small business owners deserve customer support that works as hard as they do.

Our Care for the Community Keeps Us Going

Frontier Marketing has always called the Northern Illinois region home. And during the five years we’ve been here, we’ve grown to love our communities. Consequently, we’ve committed to supporting many nonprofits and community groups throughout our region. We’re proud to support many great organizations, including New Directions Addiction Recovery Services, Knights of Columbus, and Financial Executives International.

But beyond supporting groups financially and through our marketing efforts, we have also donated our time. Recently, our team had the privilege of packing meals with Feed My Starving Children. It was an enriching experience and something we want to continue doing in the future.

Taking Our Community Service to the Next Frontier

We look forward to continuing our involvement in our region well into the future. And not only are we participating in community groups, but we’re also taking the lead. For example, one of our team members, Nikki Cornelius, is the President of the MC2 Networking Group in McHenry. And our founder, Joe Bongiovanni, serves on the board of New Directions Addiction Recovery Service. These types of roles allow us to make a substantial positive impact on people throughout our region.

Here’s to Many More Years of Making a Difference!

We at Frontier Marketing have been honored to serve small business owners in Northern Illinois for the past five years. And we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future.

Above all, we want to thank our clients for letting us serve them. We will treasure the relationships we’ve developed with each of them for a long time.

Here’s to five more years and beyond of taking small business marketing to the next frontier!
